LandRetrieve.com was born in 2024 from the idea of Silvi Bishanaj, who, after international experiences between London and Sydney, returned to Tuscany and approached the real estate world. During her internship as a surveyor, she noticed the problem of unsold and run-down properties in the Tuscan countryside.
Founds the first portal exclusively designed for real estate agencies and realtors, with the goal of simplifying the management and visibility of unsold and abandoned properties, especially in rural areas.
